Youth can claim a free 1-week trial; adults 55+ start with a free 45-minute assessment followed by a free trial week.
What programs do you have for adults 55+?
Our Motion Plus program is tailored for ages 55 and over, focusing on movement, strength, and confidence.
Are parents allowed to observe youth classes?
Parents are welcome to observe and support their children as they join our youth programs.
Do you offer group and individual training?
Both! Members can choose from group sessions, small groups, or personalized training pathways.
